Since 2016, we've been walking alongside refugees as they discover that their ideas, their skills, and their determination can change everything.
It started with a simple question
What if the experience of being a refugee — the resilience, the creativity, the sheer determination to rebuild — wasn't just something to survive, but something to build on?
That question became TERN. Since 2016, we've supported over 1,500 entrepreneurs from 65 nationalities. Not with pity, but with respect. Not with handouts, but with tools, mentorship, and a community that says: "You've got this, and we've got you."
